We are proud to offer this new Ofqual regulated qualification in canine oral hygiene. This qualification is aimed at pet professionals who wish to help their clients manage and maintain their dog's oral health with preventative care.
We've collaborated with our sister company, Career Hounds, to enhance our delivery and give learners the best experience.
To complete this qualification, candidates must attend the Emmi-Pet endorsed training seminars with Career Hounds, either in person or online (live). Candidates must then attend two scheduled live, online lessons on two consecutive Saturday mornings following the seminar.

• Understand how to carry out an assessment and be prepared to complete oral dental care
• Understand how to safely carry out dental care and appropriate tools to use
• Understand canine dental anatomy and identify signs of good hygiene and diseases
• Understand relevant legislation and boundaries
• Understand how to communicate with customers and create a customer disclaimer form
• Understand ongoing preventive dental care
